Delivery & returns within the EU countries
By placing an order at our website you agree to the terms and conditions below.We are happy to be able to deliver our shoes and bags to you who live within EU and are at least 18 years old.
The cost for delivery is on flat rate basis and we charge 7 EUR.
We use UPS.
We strive every day to post as many shoes and bags as we can to our customers. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you´ll know that it is on its way to you. Delivery times within EU is 5-10 working days.
Do I have to be in when my order arrives?
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
You can use either VISA or MasterCard to pay for your order. We do not charge you any additional fee. Your details are safe with us as we take securtiy very seriously. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debet card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. All information is encrypted during the purchase and we do not store any of the information.
Amending an order
We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete. You may be able to cancel an order, but that´s only if we haven´t yet picked and packed it. And since we try to send you the shoes and bags as quickly as possible it´s not very likely that we can help you with cancelling an order.
We want you to have enough time to decide wether you will keep your shoes and bags or not, that´s why we have a return policy of 30 days. That means that you can return any shoes or bags within 30 days from placing your order, for a refund. We will refund the price you purchased your item at. You can return your shoes and bags using any postal services.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you´ll have proof you´ve sent it.
Make sure the shoes and bags you return are packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way. All we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to and your details.
We can’t refund you without these details, so make sure the return form is filled out and placed in your returning parcel. Lost your return form? Just send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will email you a returns form.
When your return has been received and checked by our warehouse, we´ll email you.
If you want an item replaced for a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your Visa or MasterCard. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5-10 working days, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
Accepting your return
We try hard to accept all returns. All shoes and bags will be inspected on return.If you send back shoes they need to be returned with the original shoe box and in its original condition.If you send back bags all original tags must still be attached to the bag. Please make sure that you try the shoes on a clean and soft surface so the sole do not get any scratches or damages. We can´t accept any shoes in return if they have scratches or damages. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you on your cost.
Incorrect or faulty items
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect or faulty shoes and bags as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service: email@example.com, with the order number and the incorrect shoes or bags name and number.
