How do i return my package?

Sweden. Write a note with your order number, cause of return, name and adress.

How do i contact customer service?
Contact us either by phone at +4686300875 or send us an email at info@have2have.se
Customer service is open from 9-12 and from 13-15 on weekdays. Remember to include your order number in your email.

How do i receive my invoice?
(Only applies to Germany, Finland, Netherlands and Austria)
If you have not ordered a paper invoice you will receive it by mail as soon as the order has been handled by Klarna and the parcel is ready for shipping.

How do I know that you have received my return?
You will receive an email as soon as your return has been handled by our warehouse.

I want to change size/product, what do I do?
Send it back to us as a return and place a new order on the product you want to exchange to. You will be repaid for the first order as soon as we have received and handled the return.

Who pays for the return shipping?
For non swedish orders the customer pays for the return shipping. Return adress is Etail Sweden AB / Have2have

Warranty
You have a two year warranty for fabrication defects. If your product is broken send us a picture to info@have2have.se and we can decide on a course of action.
